Synopsis: As global warming accelerates, drought ravages the usually rainy Pacific Northwest. Two brilliant young scientists, Damon Jared and Joanne Dyson along with their team of experts embark on an experiment using liquid nitrogen to stimulate cloud formation and induce precipitation. But something goes horribly wrong. A violent windstorm whips through a small town freezing everything in its path. He is soon involved with Damon and Joanne as they race to uncover the mystery behind these disasters. Every rational scientific solution taken by the team has turned out to be a grave mistake.
